At DMUSE, we aim to provide a simple, transparent shipping experience. Please read the information below before placing your order.


United Kingdom

Wigs

All wig orders are shipped FREE via DHL Express.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Delivery is typically the next working day after dispatch, although this may vary depending on your location.


Brows, Lashes & Accessories

All lower-value items, including brows, lashes and accessories, are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for a flat rate of £3.99.

Tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.


International Orders

Wigs

International wig orders are shipped via DHL Express for a flat rate of £40.


Brows, Lashes & Accessories

International orders containing brows, lashes and accessories are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked for a flat rate of £10.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

To make international shopping as smooth as possible, all applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout for eligible destinations.

This means:

  • There should be no unexpected customs or import charges upon delivery for eligible countries.
  • Your parcel will be shipped using a duties-paid service where available, helping to minimise customs delays.
  • The total amount payable for your order, including any applicable duties and taxes, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Please note that customs authorities may occasionally carry out routine inspections, which are outside of our control and may result in minor delivery delays.

We would also like to acknowledge that customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping regulations are set by each country and are completely outside of our control. Recent changes, particularly affecting EU and USA shipments, have unfortunately resulted in increased costs. We sincerely apologise for this, however we have no influence over these charges or policy changes. We always work hard to keep international shipping as affordable as possible for our customers while ensuring a reliable, fully tracked service.


Shipping Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include any stated production or processing times.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch through to arrival.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

DMUSE cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional charges or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Delivery Delays

Although we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays caused by customs clearance, adverse weather, transport disruptions or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.
