Shipping policy

Wigs:

Free UK Shipping on any custom and ready to ship wigs. Any ready to ship items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of your order being received. We will send you an email when your order has been placed and move to ‘completed’ when the item has been dispatched. Our courier will contact you with relevant tracking information via email or text. We will dispatch your item using DHL Express delivery so you should receive this within 1 working days once the item is marked as ‘completed’.

PLEASE NOTE: USA shipping - we are unable to send lower value items to the US due to recent changes enforced by the US to their customs/import rules. The changes have left no affordable or efficient option for us and for you as our customer to receive our eyebrow transfers/tools. There is little courier services available and custom charges are high for even low value items so we only have an express service charge (£40). Being able to provide our items to you in an affordable way is one of our main priorities so we are continuing to work to find a solution. WIG SHIPMENTS ARE NOT AFFECTED. The termination of the de minimis rule, which exempts low-value shipments from duties, and a broad new 10% baseline tariff on imports. Please be aware this means you will have to pay a customs charge to receive your wig. Brows can be ordered with your wig as we can ship under the same service. 

International shipping – there is a flat fee for any international orders. This fee will be shown at checkout when you select your country. We will send all wigs via DHL express (2-7 working days depending on your location). We will use DHL GlobalMail for other items including brows and tools (5+ working days for delivery depending on destination country). Any ready to ship items will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order being received. We will send you an email when your order has been placed and move to ‘completed’ when the item has been dispatched. Our courier will contact you with relevant tracking information via email or text.

Customs and duties – Please keep an eye out in your emails and phone/texts for any customs notification. You are responsible for corresponding with the customs department should they require any further information or payment from you. Clients are responsible for any customs or duties charges. Any charges passed onto DMUSE Ltd as a result of a failed delivery will be recovered from you.

Timescales vary for custom services, delivery address and unforeseeable disruptions. Due to ongoing postal strikes and delays, this may cause a slight delay with the delivery of your item from dispatch. Please be patient through this busy period. All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. DMUSE Ltd are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partially caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Eyebrows:

Shipping within the UK costs £3.99. Shipping beyond the UK and worldwide incurs a flat fee of £9 for postage and packaging/delivery (except USA - please see above notice). Please allow 3-5 working days for processing your order. You will receive a ‘completed’ notification via email when we have shipped your item. For UK clients, we ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery so you will receive a text or email with tracking. For international clients, we ship via DHL GlobalMail delivery which can take from 5+ working days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email or text.
