- Express Wigs are pre-constructed units. Cap type, size, length, density, hair texture and construction are fixed and cannot be customised.
- All specifications are clearly listed on each product page and must be reviewed before purchase.
- Colours are applied to either a blonde or natural black base. Customers may only choose from the approved colour list provided for that specific wig. Colour requests outside of the approved list cannot be accommodated and therefore denied.
- Turnaround times are 3-4 weeks. Processing time does not include shipping delays.
- Minor colour variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings and the nature of hair colouring.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the wig specifications and cap size are suitable before checkout.
- All Express Wigs are custom-coloured and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.By purchasing, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

All of our wigs are designed, tested and created with hair loss in mind. We offer a 10% medical hair loss discount and VAT exemption on all orders with a valid Customer Declaration form. Here’s how to access your discount and exemption:

Our wigs are some of the most comfortable realistic wigs on the market and we love that they’re shopped, shipped and worn by women across the world.
Wigs ordered within the UK automatically receive free shipping. Wigs ordered outside of the UK will have shipping calculated at checkout. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying your relevant state/country’s customs or duties. Once your wig arrives at the address stated on your order, DMUSE Wigs are not responsible for loss or damages to your item.
Hair Length: We offer lengths from 8”-50”+ depending on your personal preference. The most popular lengths for the most comfortable realistic wigs are 14”-22”, increasing in increments of 2”. More of a visual person? See our Style Gallery to compare hair length options.
Texture: Hair texture can vary from straight, wavy, deep bodywave through to curly. Most of our ready-to-ship wigs have a straight texture for endless styling opportunities. When ordering a bespoke wig, certain colours will only work with curlier textures – but we’ll be able to step you through your options!
Wig Density: This is the thickness of the hair and how heavy it may feel to wear. We offer wig densities of 150% up to 350%. We can provide tailored advice on balancing density with length for the perfect fit.
Cap Construction: All of our caps are constructed using HD lace and are available in a glueless cap, lace front cap or full lace cap construction. Learn all about cap construction in this helpful guide.
Cap Size: We offer true-to size XS to XL cap sizes, or fully customised cap sizes for just an extra £40.
Hair Type: We do not create synthetic or blended wigs because we specialise in human hair wigs that look real. Most of our ready-to-ship styles are 100% virgin hair, with special collections occasionally made up of 100% raw human hair. Both options are available for Bespoke Orders.
Storage: Store your wigs in a silk bag or silk hook hanger to get the longest wear from your wig. If you’re using a single hook, be sure to hook from the inside at the crown (front) area.
Sleep: We recommend taking your wig off to sleep to avoid tangling and quicker wearing. If you must sleep in your wig, please use a silk bonnet to limit the hair and lace rubbing and wearing down.
Washing: Although we stock human hair wigs that look real, they don’t have the same washing requirements. Wigs worn every day typically need washing every 2-3 weeks, however if you’re only wearing your wig intermittently, washing every 1-2 months is typical. Wash very gently to preserve the HD lace and avoid scrubbing as this can lead to premature shedding.
To increase the lifespan of your wig, we recommend having more than one. However, all of our wigs are capable of lasting up to two years with the right storage, care and washing schedule.

The hair is no joke outstanding quality. I have around 6 HH wigs now from various companies and this by far has stood the test of time. I bought this baby back in May last year and I literally wear it everyday to work and it has not faltered.
It washed great and I actually love its natural drying wave that I usually leave it at that with some daily moisturiser in it and I absolutely love it. THANKYOU SO MUCH! XxxxX

So I was finally able to wear the wig out and OMG!! By far best wig l've ever owned. Even for an absolute newbie to laying down lace, it looked undetectable. The hair is so soft too! I played with the parting and moved it around to the opposite side, so easy, and the knots are bleached so perfect. Thank you so much again, I could not be happier with it
